¡Hemos conocido la fundación Khanimambo y nos ha apasionao! La pasión, la fuerza y el tesón de su equipo son de los que enamoran, de los que solo se ven de mucho en mucho tiempo y te dejan una sonrisa que te dura todo el día; son de las personas que buscan algo más en la vida, que no se conforman, que luchan, pero nunca por ellas, sino por alguien más. En este mundo que premia al codicioso, que encumbra al consumista, son un soplo de aire fresco, que te calma del calor veraniego de Madrid.
Khanimambo significa gracias en shangana, una lengua ancestral del sur de Mozambique; solo el nombre ya dice mucho de esta fundación, diferente y especial. Su misión es proveer educación a niños en Mozambique, pero implicando en el proceso a toda la familia.
Ahora han puesto en marcha una campaña para recoger material escolar, para enviarlo a La Escolinha, que es un centro educativo y el corazón de Khanimambo.
